Resident Site Architect

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a high calibre Resident Site Architect to join our Dublin studio. We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic individual with excellent communication, design, and detailing skills, along with the ability to contribute to projects across various stages. Our busy studio delivers innovative projects in collaboration with our award-winning interdisciplinary teams.
The successful candidate will:
Be registered (or eligible for registration) on theRIAI Register of Architectswith a minimum of3 years’ Post Professional Practice Examination.
Demonstrate a strong passion for architectural design, solid technical knowledge, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment and be eager to develop project management skills.
Have experience indesign development, detailing, and contract administration(experience across multiple sectors is a plus).
Possess a working knowledge ofIrish Planning, Building Regulations, and Building Control Legislation.
Be familiar withGCCC contract procedures.
HaveRevit/BIM proficiencyand the ability to work efficiently within a digital design environment.
