Who should apply? This role will suit a qualified accountant who enjoys client-facing advisory work and has strong technical accounting or financial reporting experience:
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent), ideally with 5+ years PQE
Strong background in financial reporting, accounting advisory, or audit
Knowledge of IFRS and/or regulatory reporting in financial services
Client-facing experience and strong interpersonal skills
Ambitious, solution-driven, and keen to work across varied, high-impact projects
Role and Reporting Lines Reporting to a Senior Manager or Director within the Advisory team, you will operate within a collaborative and fast-paced environment with strong leadership support and mentorship.
Technical Advisory – Advise clients on technical accounting and regulatory issues (e.g. IFRS updates, GAAP conversions, financial reporting changes)
Client Delivery – Lead the delivery of finance transformation or regulatory change projects across financial services clients
Project Management – Manage planning, execution and reporting for advisory engagements
Leadership – Mentor junior staff and contribute to developing the Advisory practice
Process Improvement – Work with clients to enhance financial reporting processes and data quality
Collaboration – Engage cross-functionally within the business and across service lines globally
Regulatory Insight – Stay abreast of market and regulatory developments to inform solutions
Technology Enablement – Utilise technology and analytics to enhance delivery of client outcomes
