Project Controller, PMO - Cork

Location: Ireland

Division: Energy Engineering Project Management

Level of experience: Junior

Exceptional Project Controller required to join RINA’s Project Office, accountable for coordinating and maintaining all projects within a complex PMO. You will be a key support in the design and development of a critical Infrastructure (EPC) Programme, which will deliver downstream energy to Ireland.

This role will be based in Cork, Ireland. 2 Year Fixed Term Contract

Responsibilities

- Input and maintain the accuracy of project budget data;

- Support in the preparation of contractual and planning documentation;

- Facilitate meetings and take/document meeting minutes;

- Monitor project progress, identify issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track;

- Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

- Between 5-10 years' Project Controls experience, preferably within a Project Management Office;

- No sector specialism required, but an interest in Energy and/or Engineering would be desirable;

- Understanding of Project Management governance, processes and tools including; planning, progress tracking, risk and issue management frameworks;

- Successful in establishing strong and effective working relationships with customers and colleagues;

- Strong written and verbal communication skills; a keen eye for detail;

- Strong MS Office expertise, with advanced Excel skills;

- To succeed you will be responsive, confident, concise, resilient and able to adapt;

- Must live within commutable distance of Cork; we are unable to support with relocation costs;

- Must be an Irish citizen, or have right to work in a permanent position. We are unable to sponsor work visa for this position.
