We are presently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Engineer for our clients in Tralee, County Kerry. Working on one of the largest ever construction projects in Kerry, you will come from a construction background and will support in the aspects of the construction project and ensure that predefined quality standards and regulatory requirements are met. This is a full-time position working on site in Tralee, County Kerry on an initial 2 year contract.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality assurance plans for construction projects.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Conduct audits and inspections of construction sites and processes.
- Identify and address potential quality issues and non-conformities.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop corrective action plans.
- Review and approve quality documentation and reports.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Extensive experience in quality assurance within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in relevant quality assurance software and tools.
- 2+ years experience, specifically in a Construction setting.

Salary is based on experience and in the region of €45 – €50,000 and is very much an ideal early career pathway position.
