Armont have partnered with a leading PLC based in Dublin are seeking a Financial Controller to join their finance team on an initial 12-month contract. Reporting to director level, you will manage an experienced finance team whilst having primary responsibility for financial reporting over established and new entities within their expanding region. This role will suit a qualified ACA or ACCA with finance management PQE in a PLC, multinational or SSC environment. Alternatively, you may be a Big 4 trained ACA at senior manager or associate director + level seeking their first move into industry. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious financial controller or senior finance manager seeking a business that offers outstanding professional development and progression across all the finance team, whether permanent or contract. This business has demonstrated a number of examples of contract roles being extended or converted to permanency. The Role Manage and guide the finance team on a daily basis Oversee balance sheet management, reconciliations, and reporting Collaborate with finance leads to clarify roles and ownership in shared accounting areas Review monthly P&Ls and provide analysis for quarterly finance calls Ensure sales entity compliance and coordinate timely return filings Review account reconciliations and provide commentary Coordinate with auditors to meet reporting and audit requirements Supply supporting data for quarterly and annual reports Drive process improvements and team efficiency Support ad hoc finance projects as needed The Candidate Qualified finance manager minimum 3 + years finance management experience in a multinational environment Alternatively Big 4 / Top 6 trained ACA at senior manager or associate director + level ERP knowledge required Strong leadership qualities and experience of team development The Rewards Salary range, circa €95,000 to €105,000 Bonus Pension Healthcare Flexible working Hybrid working Parking Skills: Financial Controller Finance Manager Senior Finance Manager Benefits: Bonus Pension Healthcare Hybrid Working Flexitime
