Nory is building an all-knowing restaurant management system that blends real-time data with AI predictive analytics to help restaurants run with consistency, certainty, and profit. We are growing to 70+ people across Ireland, the UK, and Spain and are looking for a Staff Frontend Product Engineer to join the Unified Data Model (Platform Management) team. In this role you’ll shape the future of our inventory platform by architecting scalable solutions, mentoring peers, and directly boosting customers’ efficiency and sustainability.

What you’ll be doing Operate as a technical and strategic leader within the Inventory team; tackle complex problems, guide architectural decisions, and help level up the team. This is a hands-on role with wide influence.
Drive product iteration with scale in mind – rapidly improve the Inventory platform based on real-world feedback while anticipating future needs.
Design and deliver complex, high-impact features that improve operational efficiency and sustainability for users.
Lead the evolution of the data model and domain architecture for Inventory; own foundational technical decisions and collaborate with EMs and product leaders to future-proof the system.
Create internal leverage through tools and platform thinking; build self-serve features for customers and automation tools for internal teams.
Set the technical direction for system architecture; re-architect ageing paths, remove bottlenecks, and define patterns enabling multiple squads to move faster.
What you’ll bring Full-Stack Technical Mastery: 10+ years of experience shipping production-grade systems across the stack, with strong frontend expertise and ability to shape how we build.
Strategic Systems Thinking & Design: Long-term architectural decisions, scalability and maintainability, and proactive gap identification.
Product & Customer Mindset: Frame technical decisions around customer outcomes and product impact.
Extreme Ownership & Proactive Leadership: Drive progress, mentor peers, unblock others, and embrace ambiguity.
Cross-Org Communication & Influence: Clear writing and structured proposals across disciplines and levels.
Scaling Culture & Technical Standards: Define engineering norms, drive process improvements, and foster an inclusive culture.
