Customer Insights & CRM Specialist Kildare, Ireland Are you passionate about leveraging data to enhance customer engagement and drive loyalty? Our client is looking for a Customer Insights & CRM Specialist to play a key role in executing targeted marketing campaigns, optimising audience segmentation, and analysing customer behaviour. Key Responsibilities: Execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention Use data insights to create targeted marketing campaigns that enhance fan experiences Personalise communications through segmentation and audience targeting Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance to optimise marketing effectiveness Manage CRM systems and support teams in data utilisation Ensure compliance with GDPR and maintain data integrity Collaborate with marketing and insights teams to enhance the customer experience Ideal Candidate: Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or relevant work experience) 2+ years of experience with email campaign tools (DotDigital, Mailchimp, etc.) CRM expertise (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred, Salesforce, or similar) Strong analytical skills and experience in segmentation & data-driven marketing Proficiency in email marketing automation and personalisation Passion for the sports or entertainment industry (a plus) This is a fantastic opportunity to use data-driven insights to engage customers and elevate experiences.
