Senior Scrum Master / Scrum Coach Contract Role Stelfox has partnered with one of the largest financial institutions in the world, which offers a range of financial services for individuals, SMEs, and large corporations. They are seeking a Certified Senior Scrum Master / Scrum Coach to join their dynamic team for both existing and new projects. Role: You will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes and ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. You will Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the teams progress. You will be responsible for Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders. You will track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time. This is a fantastic opportunity for the Scrum Master to advance their career within a rapidly growing team. It is 6-month rolling/long-term contract, with contractor required to be based in Ireland for the duration. The working model is hybrid, with three days on-site and two days remote each week (non-negotiable). Core Skills Required: Minimum of five years of experience as a Scrum Master / Scrum Coach successfully managing multiple projects/teams in a technical environment. Certified Scrum Master Experience with recognized Scrum workflow tools - JIRA and other tools SharePoint and Confluence Extensive experience required to own sprint / quarter on quarter metrics - Daily Radiator / sprint reviews / capacity planning / quarterly program increment (PI) planning Ability to train/coach scrum team members on typical ceremonies and artifacts Must have in-depth knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLCs Strong MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in an environment with multiple and changing demands Communicates effectively across project teams and ensures that project status, issues and successes are communicated to stakeholders, management and documented appropriately If you are interested in this role, click 'apply' to send an updated copy of your CV to Honey Rathore oremail for more details.
