This is a night shift position from 10.30pm to 6.30am and also includes weekends. We are a quiet hotel with no late night large functions. Key Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the property between the hours of 10.30pm and 6.30am, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction. Supervise and support the night team, ensuring all tasks and duties are completed to the highest standard. Take responsibility for the hotel during the night, including guest services, security, reception duties, cleaning, conference set up, food and beverage service, nightly reports, and compliance with Health & Safety and First Aid procedures. Efficiently greet and check guests in with a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Handle guest queries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Manage late reservations, ensuring accuracy and noting any special requests. Oversee late night drinks and food service, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Ensure front of house and public areas are clean, safe, and well maintained at all times. Conduct regular night security checks and take responsibility for all security matters. Handle floats, safe deposits, and nightly audits with accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare and review night reports, ensuring all systems and handovers are completed correctly for the next days operations.
