The Dev Sec Ops Engineer will also play a crucial role in executing Northern Trust’s cloud security strategy, as part of a diverse, multicultural team.**The key responsibilities of the role include:*** Implement, manage, and optimize infrastructure automation using Terraform for cloud environments, including network, storage, compute, and monitoring resources.* Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to manage cloud resources, security controls, and Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.* Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, testing, and management of infrastructure.* Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate security policies and best practices into CI/CD workflows.**Skills/Qualifications:*****The successful candidate will benefit from having:**** Certifications in AWS, Azure, Security, or DevOps (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure Security Engineer, CompTIA Security+).* Expertise in Azure/AWS services including Compute, Networking, Storage, Security, and Monitoring.* Hands-on experience in Dev Sec Ops, cloud automation, and infrastructure management.* Proficiency in Python and PowerShell for scripting and automation.* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates.* Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based infrastructure deployments.* Experience using Git and other version control systems.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.* Ability to adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.* Demonstrated leadership ability and a passion for mentoring and coaching junior team members.* Proactive approach to continuous learning and self-improvement.**Working with Us:**As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
