Responsibilities Lead and support the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring exceptional service Supervise and motivate bar staff, manage rotas, and assist with training and development Ensure smooth service during high-volume periods, including evenings and weekends Maintain excellent stock control and ordering systems Assist in the creation and delivery of cocktail menus and seasonal offerings Uphold all health & safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements Deal confidently with customer queries or issues in a professional manner Promote a positive and welcoming team culture Requirements Minimum 12 years experience in a supervisory or senior bar role Strong understanding of bar service, cocktail preparation, and team leadership Confident working in high-energy environments with large footfall Organised, reliable, and hands-on with great attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Excellent communication and customer service skills Rewards €35,000 annual salary Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunities for further training and career progression BURAMB22 INDCAT2 Skills: Bar Operations Cocktail Preparation Stock Management POS System Proficiency HACCP Compliance Benefits: See Description
