Are you ready to make a difference? We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to lead the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cross-product Navigation for the Evinova Platform.

As part of the Platform Applications team, you’ll develop front-end capabilities that enhance all Evinova products. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Navigation, ensuring seamless transitions between products through the 'Front Door', and IAM, managing user logins and tools for role and permission administration.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in product management, platform development, and user access systems, along with a strong ability to collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams to deliver impactful SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Platform Apps Director and cross-functional peers to continuously refine and evolve the vision & strategy for all platform applications.
2. Define and maintain the product plan and value-driven roadmap.
3. Conduct user research to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
4. Work with designers to create a user-centric interface that enhances products exploration, visualization, and navigation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define access management requirements.
6. Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product and user testing.
7. Develop clear user documentation and training materials to promote user adoption and proficiency.
8. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of data from various products, delivering a smooth user experience.
9. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product’s success.
10. Analyze usage data, performance metrics, and user feedback to continuously enhance the tool and ensure it adapts to evolving needs.
11. Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for the products.
12. Work closely with these teams to develop detailed requirements and user stories, then prioritize in appropriate ceremonies.
13. Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

1. Degree in a relevant discipline.
2. Proven track record in development of cross-product platform applications/features/products.
3. Experience with platform central login, Identification and Access Management (IAM), and administrative role management tools.
4. Ability to clearly articulate measurable product value and develop frameworks for roadmap prioritization.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across diverse disciplines.
6. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and a data-driven approach to product management; comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure.
7. Experience working in regulated environments, with a solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
