We at Gino's Gelato are currently recruiting for the role of Store Manager in our Howth Store. Gino's Gelato is a successful country wide chain of Gelato Shops which is experiencing strong growth and we are currently searching for a customer focused individual to join our dynamic team. We are looking to fill the role of Manager. Our Howth store is famous amongst locals and visitors alike oversea. The successful candidate will need to have previous retail management experience, enjoy customer interaction, deliver excellent customer service, and enjoy leading a team. Ideally candidate will live locally. You will also need to be fully flexible with the hours you can work, this will include mornings, afternoons, evenings, both during the week and weekends. Delivering on all agreed KPIs for the store, stock, wage costs, rostering, secret shopper, training customer service Ensuring a culture of excellent customer service is maintained. Planning and prioritizing workloads and delegating accordingly. Recruitment, scheduling and managing performance of team. Driving a culture of continuous improvement amongst the team. Ensuring high store standards of cleanliness, merchandising and compliance with health & safety. Effective merchandising and display of product offering. * Requirements: Strong communication & interpersonal skills. A passion for excellent customer service. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The ability to multi-task and work under pressure. A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas. Effective leadership and the ability to motivate others. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve. Previous retail store management experience.
