Role Purpose

The Supply Data Quality Analyst role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our suppliers’ content on the booking engine in a fast-paced environment. You’ll focus on improving and automating the flow of information between our suppliers and CarTrawler. Additionally, you’ll support management with the delivery of content-related projects both internally and externally. related projects internally and externally.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Responsible for uploading and maintaining car rental suppliers' rental conditions/ locations and fleet into our database.
- Review data quality management reports to spot discrepancies, resolve issues through problem-solving, and upload content post-testing completion.
- Ensure content availability is maximized across all relevant markets, enabling the Trading team to compete globally and drive revenue growth.
- Help build a culture of continuous improvement within the CDQ team by suggesting ideas for making processes better and more efficient. Support efforts to find ways to improve how we manage data and content, and work with the team to put these improvements into practice.
- Proactively collaborate with Customer to actively reduce real time Customer issues, ensuring any issues are resolved with a proactive and forward-looking approach.
- Serve as the primary contact for all departments regarding supplier content questions and issues.
- Maximize value added offering from key suppliers/markets based on business requirements.
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships with relevant teams, promoting best practices by leveraging automation and AI technologies to drive efficiency and innovation

Critical Interfaces

- Car Supply Teams – maintain daily communication with relationship mangers to ensure suppliers needs are consistently addressed.
- Customer – open line of communication regarding any supply related customer issues.
- Product – liaison with Product and P&T teams to ensure any technical issues can be resolved in a timely and productive manner.

Skills & Experience Required

- A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a data entry, data quality, or technical data-related role
- Knowledge of the car rental industry is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
- Proficient with Excel, previous experience with Tableau/ThoughtSpot/Salesforce/SQL experience considered an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of effectively managing and prioritizing your workload with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
- Skilled at identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement and acting to implement changes.
- Comfortable making quick, well informed decisions daily basis based on the information available at the time.
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Problem solving skills - Proactiveness in spotting and fixing inefficiencies, ability to resolve content-related issues or customer problems.
- Organisational/Time Management – managing multiple projects and ability to work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication/Collaboration - experience working cross functional and acting as a POC for teams. Effective relationship management both internally and externally.
- Decision Making - Balancing speed with accuracy in daily tasks. Ability to make decisions based on information available.
