Field Sales Representative Our client, one of Irelands leading waste management companies, are seeking an experienced field sales representative towhowill be responsible for promoting the brand and its services to households and small businesses in the Carlow/Wexford area. Job Description: Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle of all residential customers. Follow up on all new customers as necessary to make sure new customer accounts are set up and to get satisfaction feedback after a few days. Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations showcasing the advantages of recycling with us. Work towards clear targets and KPIs. Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets set out by management. Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Uncapped Commission. Ideal Candidate: 1-2 years of experience in Door-to-Door sales. Exceptional organizational skills and initiative, ability to work on ones own as well as part of a team. Proficiency with sales software, CRM, Microsoft Office. Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism. Proficiency in the English language is a requirement alongside eligibility to work in Ireland. Experience in the Services/Manufacturing or Waste Industries a distinct advantage. Full category B driving license. Skills: Field sales Customer service Waste industry knowledge
