Role: Warehouse Manager Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 DOE Duration: Full Time Location: Carlow Warehouse Manager Established logistics company based in Carlow is currently seeking a confident ready-made Warehouse Manager to oversee and enhance the efficient operations of their warehouse. In this role, you will lead by example, promoting excellence in service delivery, refining inventory management, and optimising processes. As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining cost-effectiveness and driving operational efficiency while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your role will involve strategic planning, forecasting, and overseeing the implementation of internal systems. Additionally, you will be a hands-on individual who is comfortable with taking part in warehouse operations, coordinate the onboarding of new employees, and work on various operational tasks with teams across the company. Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Coordinate order fulfilment to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers. Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures to maximise productivity and minimize costs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean warehouse environment. Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing support and guidance to improve team performance. Consult with external logistics partners to coordinate deliveries and manage inbound/outbound shipments. Monitor and report on key warehouse metrics to the management team. Consult with clients and key stakeholders to manage expectations and service delivery. Requirements: You will have a minimum of 3+ years experience in warehouse management. Must possess in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems. Excellent IT skills with a strong understanding of warehouse management systems including SAP. Outstanding organisational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work in a challenging environment. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
