We are seeking to recruit several Site Supervision Staff for positions across various counties in Ireland (Nationwide). Candidates will be seconded into client offices/sites to work on capital projects in the water and wastewater sectors. Suitable candidates interested in similar roles elsewhere in Ireland can also apply for future opportunities.
We are seeking a Resident Engineer (Civil) with 7+ years of relevant experience in Site Supervision activities.
Experience in administering Contracts – Public Works & FIDIC.
Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations.
Chartered Engineer.
Managing Safely in Construction Training.
Enthusiastic, hardworking, and flexible.
Willing to take responsibility and work well in a team.
Responsibilities:
Specialize in Civil elements of the works.
Drive project delivery on site for Uisce Éireann, focusing on health & safety, timelines, cost management, and quality standards.
Ensure works are carried out per contract documents and specifications.
Verify that all materials and workmanship meet the required standards and testing is completed.
Monitor and report on works to meet Employer’s Requirements.
Keep all relevant parties informed of site issues.
Implement Uisce Éireann safety policies and standards.
Review project-specific HSQE documentation such as RAMS and TMP.
Monitor compliance with health and safety requirements and proposals.
Conduct weekly health and safety site reviews and follow up on issues.
Report and assist with investigations of any incidents.
Participate in HSQE team inspections and close out issues.
