BIM Technician / BIM Coordinator – Mission-Critical Project

Location: Ireland (must have existing right to live/work)
Salary: €40k - €45k / €50k - €55k

Are you a BIM professional with a passion for delivering cutting-edge mission-critical projects? We are supporting a leading engineering contractor who operate across major complex builds in Europe, now seeking a BIM Technician / BIM Coordinator to join their expanding digital engineering team.

This role is ideal for someone coming from a construction-focused BIM background, with strong Electrical/MEP experience and a track record of supporting large-scale projects such as data centres or pharma facilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting BIM delivery across large-scale mission-critical projects

- Working closely with engineering, delivery and site teams to ensure accurate BIM coordination

- Managing and reviewing BIM models, ensuring compliance with ISO19650 standards

- Producing accurate 3D models, drawings and documentation

- Coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to maintain model integrity

- Assisting with clash detection, QA checks and model updates

- Helping drive best practice and innovation in BIM workflows

What You’ll Bring

Strong BIM/MEP background within construction delivery (not design-only)
Experience working on large complex projects – data centre or pharma preferred
Good knowledge of ISO19650 standards

- Revit

- Navisworks

- ACC Docs (BIM 360)

- MS Excel & Word

- Revizto / BIM Collab / BIM Track

- Dynamo

- AutoCAD
