Our client is a fast growing homecare company with offices spread across Ireland. They require a Care Supervisor who would be field based in Co. Westmeath & Longford.

Your responsibilities as a Care Supervisor will include but not limited to:

- Conduct care supervision visits
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment
- Oversee the accurate maintenance of supervision records
- Participate in care activities as part of the care supervision process
- Employ a best practice approach in the care of our clients
- Support and supervise our carers to deliver the best possible care.

Open to applications from candidates with 3+ years healthcare assistant experience and full QQI Level 5. Supervisory experience preferred.
