Keeping working place and the surroundings tidy. Maintaining the machinery (Dispensers, mixers, shakers) clean and in working condition. Report faulty equipment to Facility manager. Maintenance of safe operating procedures through complete knowledge of safety rules and lab procedures. Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with those in line of work. Coach and mentor less experienced workers to help them use production equipment or resolve problems. Conduct projects from design through implementation by effectively organizing, planning, delegating, coordinating. Follow all waste management procedures. Reworking/adjusting the returned materials from customers. Operating the Corob / Dromont tinting machine. Maintaining the Corob / Dromont machine. Other tasks given by Facility Manager. POSITION CHALLENGES: Ensuring safety of all operations. Respect planning, directives and deadlines. Communicating effectively with coworkers and understanding their requirements. Responsible for ensuring the quality of the colours, stains, solvent- and waterborn pigment lacquer. Skills: paint warehouse machine
