Position Details
Role: Operations Manager
Location: Mayfield, Cork
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Weekend Availability)
Role Type: Permanent Onsite Based
Responsibilities
Operations Coordination
Client management
Team Management
KPI & SLA Management
Managing & Maintaining our Operational platforms
Develop, implement and maintain site-specific security procedures
Travel Regionally as required
Prepare and maintain security records and complete routine statistical reports
Managing workload effectively
Communicating with employees & clients
Maintaining, updating and retrieving data held on the company/'s platforms
Preparing Operational & Clients Reports
Supporting various company departments
Role Requirements
Proven experience in Management / Supervisory roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Full clean driving licence (Manual Vehicle)
Proficient in Google & Microsoft platform suite’s and other relevant software
General Requirements
Ability to conduct a full-time onsite role
Flexibility in relation to working schedule
