R&D Engineering Manager – Medical Devices
Lead the development of innovative medical devices from concept to launch. Manage projects, budgets, and resources while mentoring a high-performing engineering team. Collaborate with clinicians, oversee design quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive IP strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead R&D projects and cross‑functional teams
Manage schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships
Guide product design and technical execution
Develop team performance and ensure quality standards
Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
Requirements:
Engineering degree + 10 years’ experience
5+ years in leadership
Strong project management and medical device expertise
Knowledge of ISO, FDA, EU standards
Willing to travel
