The Bar Supervisor will play a key role in supporting the management team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Support the Bar Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar. Supervise and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Manage cash handling, stock control, and daily bar operations. Assist with staff training, rostering, and performance monitoring. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar area. Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. Contribute to driving sales and promoting special events or offers. Requirements Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender in a fast-paced bar or hospitality environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of bar operations, stock control, and cash handling procedures. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
