The Role As IT Product Manager, you will define, design, and deliver key IT products and services for internal and external stakeholders. Acting as a bridge between business functions and technical teams, you will ensure that technology initiatives align with strategic goals, are implemented effectively, and deliver measurable value across the organisation. This is a hybrid position based in Limerick, offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Partner with business and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle, from vision and requirements through deployment and optimisation. Collaborate across departments to develop and deliver high-quality, scalable IT products. Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and technology innovation. Analyse market and competitive offerings to inform product development and enhancements. Create documentation, training materials, and collateral to support adoption and knowledge sharing. Ensure alignment between business needs, user experience, and technical delivery. Ideal Candidate Strong understanding of enterprise systems, product lifecycle management, and project methodologies. Proven success implementing complex corporate programs and systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple business levels. Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and manage concurrent projects effectively. Experience within life sciences, healthcare, or technology sectors advantageous.
