Director of Sales & Marketing

We are currently recruiting for a Director of Sales & Marketing for our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, sales-focused professional to lead the team in a prestigious property. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Irish hotel market at a senior level. As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, as well as managing relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

- Build and manage relationships with clients.
- Build and manage relationships with key operators.
- Create sales strategies for meetings and events at the property.
- Manage the Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Events teams, driving individual development, achieving KPIs, team goals, and revenue targets.
- Establish a positive and cohesive team culture.
- Drive revenue across all segments to meet targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, secure group bookings, contract transient accounts, and develop key existing accounts.
- Attend and oversee the sales & marketing team's participation in tradeshows, industry events, host FAM & press trips, and arrange client hotel events as required.
