Contracts Manager Dublin 12 Monday Friday €80,000 - €90,000 Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team in Dublin 12. Role Requirements: Manage and oversee multiple construction contracts across various sites. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policy. Negotiate contract terms with clients and subcontractors Support the tendering process, including reviewing contract documentation, scope, and pricing. Oversee project handovers and close-out documentation, including O&M manuals and BCAR compliance. Candidate Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record of overachieving targets. Excellent customer service skills with proven negotiation skills. Strong Management and leadership skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & CRM software.
