Key Requirements Full, clean drivers licence (essential). Previous sales experience (motor industry experience is an advantage). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Commercially minded with a customer-first focus. Role Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries. Assist customers in selecting their new vehicles. Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the buying process. Liaise with customers from initial enquiry to final handover. Prepare and present sold vehicles to showroom standards. Maintain high standards in the showroom and display areas. Work to defined sales targets and deadlines. Keep up-to-date knowledge of all Nissan & KIA products, features, and accessories.
