Commis Chef - Full-Time - Dundalk Noel Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established café in Dundalk that is seeking a Commis Chef to join their busy kitchen team. This is a full-time, permanent role with daytime hours, ideal for someone with kitchen experience who is working towards a chef qualification or looking to build a long-term career in a professional kitchen. The Role: Working under the guidance of the Head Chef, the successful candidate will support day-to-day kitchen operations and receive ongoing training and development. Requirements: Previous kitchen experience is essential Working towards a recognised chef qualification is preferred but not required Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team Availability to work weekends is essential What's on Offer: Salary: Approx. €30,000 per year Full-time hours: 5 days over 7 (shifts: 7.30am-3.30pm or 8.00am-4.00pm) Permanent position Training and mentorship from an experienced Head Chef Clear pathway for career progression towards becoming a qualified chef Employee benefits including: Staff meals and food allowance Employee discounts Sick pay Access to an Employee Assistance Programme Other Details: Location: On-site in Dundalk Language requirement: English (required) If you meet the criteria and are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your CV.
