Organise daily work plans with nursing staff. Support all aspects of residents daily living-washing, dressing, toileting, dining, social activities and companionship. Requirements QQI Level 5 in healthcare (or equivalent) 2+ years experience in elder care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong supervisory and motivational skills OR Nursing/Allied Health/Healthcare -related Degree Skills: Care Skills Communication Skills Care for the Elderly
