In deiner Mission blühst du auf, denn:

- Als Expert:in betreust, optimierst und modifizierst du eines der SAP-Module und bist Hauptansprechperson, wenn es um Managed und Professional Services geht.
- In diesem Rahmen nimmst du technische Kundenanfragen entgegen und erarbeitest daraus die konkreten Anforderungen an unsere Lösungen.
- Auf Grundlage dieser Erkenntnisse entwirfst du individuelle Lösungskonzepte, indem du neue Ansätze mit Best Practices kombinierst.
- Damit diese Lösungen möglichst effizient wirken, konzipierst und modellierst du die betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozesse unserer Kunden und zeigst so weitere Verbesserungspotenziale und Einsatzperspektiven auf.
- Du unterstützt unsere Account Manager in der D/A/CH Region und arbeitest mit dem SAP Competence Center bei der Überführung der Lösungen zusammen.

Deine Skills? Mehr als interessant:

- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, z. B. in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Fachinformatik, Computer Science oder eine verwandte Ausbildung, bspw. zum/zur Fachinformatiker:in oder Kaufmann/-frau für Digitalisierungsmanagement.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP-Lösungen, zusätzliche Kenntnisse bzw. Zertifizierungen in ITIL und/oder PRINCE 2 sind ein großes Plus.
- Know-how in unterschiedlichen Cloud-Konzepten und Strategien.
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
