Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator Reporting to: HRBP/ COO Position Type: Full Time, Perm position Location: Damastown Salary: DOE As the Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, overseeing onboarding processes, and maintaining our HRIS. You will also contribute to broader HR administrative tasks and projects, with a strong focus on employer branding and candidate experience. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer stage. Source and engage candidates through various channels, with a focus on logistics and supply chain roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment support. Maintain and update job descriptions and recruitment documentation. Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and candidate communications. Track and communicate internal talent metrics and external market trends to the wider team and propose ideas and solutions to improve metrics Onboarding & HRIS Management Plan and execute onboarding programs to ensure a smooth new hire experience. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system. Monitor onboarding progress and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes and documentation. HR Administration & Projects Assist with general HR administrative tasks including reporting, compliance, and documentation. Support HR projects such as policy updates, audits, and employee engagement initiatives. Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure seamless service delivery. Employer Branding & Content Creation Create and manage content for LinkedIn and other employer branding channels. Develop engaging posts, visuals, and campaigns to promote Client as an employer of choice. Track and report on engagement metrics and suggest improvements. Competences: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within logistics or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. Human Resources or similar qualification preferred but not essential Experience with HRIS systems and onboarding coordination. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Creative mindset with an interest in employer branding and content creation.
