We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic & driven Financial Accountant to join our expanding Support Office Finance team in Dublin 24.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Preparation of monthly management information to include nominal ledger cost analysis.
2. Reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts.
3. Margin reporting and analysis.
4. Preparation of both company and group reporting information packs.
5. Assist with annual budget preparation & quarterly forecasts.
6. Assist with year-end process and preparation of statutory financial statements & tax packs.
7. Assist with Internal Audit & External Audit.
8. Presentation of financial results to leadership team.
9. Analyze and interpret data and identify fluctuations and trends.
10. Business partner with all departments to support financial data driven decision making.
11. Monthly cash forecasting.
12. Continuously improve finance systems and processes.
13. Support Finance Manager and provide cover for the other members of the Finance Team as required.
14. Assist with Projects as and when required.
15. Any other ad hoc finance duties as required.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA).
2. Enthusiastic, sociable self-starter with a positive attitude who is willing to challenge and be challenged.
3. Creates effective plans, prioritises work, anticipates obstacles and monitors performance against the plan.
4. Commercially astute and looking to progress their career to a senior level within industry.
5. Approach challenges with a 'can do' attitude displaying resilience and enthusiasm in your role.
6. Play an active role and contribute to the general strategic direction of the business.
7. Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills, with strong people skills.
8. Ability to work as part of a wider support team.
9. Works well with others, engages with colleagues and the wider team to form strong working relationships.
10. Confident presenting summary data of key findings to senior management.
11. Capable of working on own initiative and meeting tight deadlines.
12. Knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Excellent Excel skills essential.
