M&E Construction Manager M&E Construction Manager required for a very well-established multi-disciplinary Tier 1 contractor for a Large scale Data Centre project in The Netherlands. Duties: Manage all M&E systems Oversee Mechanical & Electrical QAQC with QA Manager Coordinate design consultants & subcontractors Ensure compliance with client specs Monitor progress & costs with quantity surveyors Select tools & materials Conduct safety inspections Prepare site reports, designs & drawings Maintain quality control Solve issues & reduce risks Handle documentation & reports Support contract negotiations, permits & licenses Requirements: Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant trade background required. 5 Years+ experience as Electrical Supervisor / Construction Manager. Must have worked with an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK. Must have good commercial awareness and be a client facing individual. Experience working on Data Centre projects would be advantageous. Benefits Salary €100,000 to €110,000 DOE Generous living away allowance (in addition to salary). Excellent career progression opportunities. Full Benefits package on application.
