Roles & Responsibilities Requirements study, System Configuration, PLC / DCS Programming, FAT, Commissioning. Experience in software development (SDLC Phase) System Design. Experience in the design of Industrial Control Systems Experience of design of PLC / DCS based Control Systems. Experience in software architectures and design including S88, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11 Knowledge of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Profibus, Controlnet) Good understanding of Panel drawings and P&ID'S Design/project experience should be mainly focused in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Sectors Applications should have excellent inter personal and communication skills to liaise with international clients within the different sectors Have the ability to work to strict deadlines Proactive, a good communicator with the ability to work well with others and on their own initiative in a multi-discipline environment Be organised and adaptable with a flexible approach Qualification Required: Designation: Sr Engineer / Engineer - Control and Automation Academics: Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation ( B.E / BTech) Basic Skill Set: PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS Preferred Skill Set: Allen-Bradley PLC, Allen-Bradley safety relays, Cognex Vision, Siemens PCS7, Step7, WinCC, TIA, VFD, PROFIBUS, MODBUS, IEC 61131-3 Programming, IEC 104, IEC 61850. JD: Customer site support, FAT, SAT and IQ, OQ and PQ, Installation & Commissioning Experience : 4 to 8Years Domain Knowledge : Medical Device / Pharma industries Mandatory Skills: Allen-Bradley PLC ,PCS7, SCADA, PLC, Drives, Industrial Automation, Siemens PLC Desirable Skills:Allen-Bradley PLC S7-300, Siemens S7, WinCC, PCS7 Tags :SCADA, PLC, Drives, Industrial Automation, Siemens PLC Skills to be evaluated on PLC Drives, SCADA, Industrial Automation, Allen-Bradley PLC Years Of Experience :4 to 8 Years Skills: automation engineer Allen Bradley Industrial control systems S7 PLC Programming HMI PLC
