ProSource are seeking an M&E BIM Technician for building services engineering. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong Revit MEP and AutoCAD experience, working on a range of mechanical and electrical projects within a collaborative team environment. Salary:€48,000 - €55,000 DOE Role Overview As an M&E BIM Technician, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of mechanical and electrical systems for various projects. Utilising your expertise in AutoCAD & Revit software, you will create detailed drawings, schematics, and plans that adhere to industry standards and client specifications. Working closely with our engineering team, you will contribute to the successful execution of projects from conception to completion Key Responsibilities Develop BIM MEP models across mechanical and electrical services. Follow BIM content standards and project development procedures. Adhere to BIM Execution Plans and project workflow requirements. Produce detailed drawings using Revit MEP, including General Arrangements, Sections, and Detail Views. Conduct clash detection using Revit/Navisworks and generate reports. Resolve clashes across MEP services to ensure model coordination. Work with COBie and MEP site models. Utilise CAD and x-ref management efficiently. About You Education & Training: Recognised qualification in BIM. Formal training in Revit MEP, supported by a Certificate or Diploma. A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is an advantage. Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience as a BIM Technician using Revit MEP. Strong experience in AutoCAD. Experience working within a team of technicians and engineers. Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with clash detection and coordination using Navisworks. Ability to work within MEP-focused BIM environments. Preferred Candidates Preference will be given to candidates who meet the above requirements and have proven experience working within the MEP field.
