Reporting to:Technical Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team providing IT support on various issues.
- Maintain organization and accuracy, prioritize tasks effectively.
- Assist in mentoring and training team members.
- Address user requirements with commercial insight.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies.
Skills & Qualifications:Required:
- Minimum 3 years in technical support with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of OS, networking, and hardware.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience With:
- Microsoft & Apple OS
- Android and iPhone devices
- PoS/EPoS
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred.
- 33 days holiday per annum
