Clinical Nurse Manager II

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager II on behalf of a leading disability service based in South Wicklow.
This is a full time permanent post working 39 hours per week for a section 39 organisation.
Salary scale - €50069 to €59570 based on years of experience, premiums paid on unsocial hours.
The Role:
You will lead and manage while mentoring and supervising our frontline care support teams while the team supports individuals in all aspects of their daily lives and activities. You will oversee and ensure the provision of the highest quality clinical care to individuals within the services you support. You will be required to establish and maintain relationships with the people we support that are based on respect and equality and that promote their rights and independence. It is critical that when undertaking your work that you do so in a manner that is consistent with their values, operating ethos, and standards.
Requirements:
1. In possession of a nursing qualification and registered in the general division RNID, RGN and RPN with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
2. A minimum of 3 years post registration experience and currently operating at CNMI level or Senior Staff Nurse Level.
3. Have line management or significant supervisory experience within the disability or broad personal social services field.
4. Have experience in the delivery of training to staff at all levels.
