Job Title: Project Manager / Site Manager Location: Dublin Employer:Conservation/Heritage specialist Start: Immediate / ASAP Salary:Negotiable Talent Curve is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Site Manager to lead a major conservation subcontract package on a high-profile project based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in heritage, conservation, and traditional building techniques to join a specialist team delivering sensitive restoration works to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate conservation activities including: Brick repairs, Brick pointing, Brick cleaning, Brick replacement, Lime plastering,Cornice plaster in situ running Other traditional restoration works Manage subcontractors and specialist trades Ensure works are delivered to strict heritage and conservation standards Maintain progress, quality, and Health & Safety across the site Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders Plan and manage daily site operations and project timelines Requirements Proven experience in heritage or conservation projects Strong understanding of traditional materials and restoration techniques Previous experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager in construction Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple trades on a live site A proactive approach to quality, detail, and problem-solving How to apply: Send your CV to APPLY TODAY Skills: construction site manager project manager conservation restoration heritage
