Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests at all times.

What You Will Do:

- Operate Food & Beverage service according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure timely setup and maintenance of Food & Beverage areas
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all Food & Beverage areas
- Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere
- Provide efficient and friendly service to guests
- Maximize sales through effective upselling
- Complete daily SOP checklists to uphold staff training standards
- Execute cleaning checklists to ensure high hygiene standards

What You Will Need:

- Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star property is desired but not essential
- Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Micros experience is preferable
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including midweek and weekends
- A good team player
- Hardworking and dedicated to the role
