- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking in the Consumer Electronics, Video Gaming, Apps, Ads, or Technology industries.
- Experience in optimizing user acquisition strategies with Google Ads or other networks for mobile apps.
- Experience in working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience in managing/facilitating agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing end-to-end partnerships.
- Experience with working in a changing, startup-like environment.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with excellent customer management, relationship building skills at C-level and with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the apps ecosystem, business models, distribution channels, industry landscape, and developer success metrics.
- Ability to communicate in English and Russian fluently as the majority of the partners utilize these languages.
About the job
The Apps and Gaming Partnerships team (part of Sellside Monetization) is responsible for growing Google's business with partner managers by providing exceptional sales partner management for Google's suite of sell-side mobile app products (AdMob and Google Ad Manager). In this role, the responsibilities of the team include onboarding new partners to our products, negotiating and executing agreements, deepening existing relationships, driving product adoptions, developing business goals for our partners, and delivering product insights to our product team to continue improving our suite of products. You will work with mobile developers/gaming studios across EMEA by showcasing how our range of product offerings and mediation solutions can grow their business. You'll provide the right advice that will enable our partners to grow using Google products, and become a key thought-leader for the apps industry by being recognized as a key expert for both gaming and non-gaming companies. The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. Google’s Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Enable apps partnerships to adopt Google's mediation solutions and identify new market opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with the partners and develop a thorough understanding of their business tests.
- Be responsible for driving business growth for our partners and leverage everything Google provides to help in the business growth.

- Advocate for Google products to web and app developers in EMEA.
