Audit Senior Manager Whats on Offer: Competitive salary of €70,000 €75,000, depending on experience. 26 days annual leave. Hybrid working model for flexibility and balance. The Role: As an Audit Senior Manager, youll oversee a portfolio of at least 20 clients, managing multiple audit engagements and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. Youll play a key leadership role within the audit department supporting staff development, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the firms strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and review multiple audit assignments across a broad range of industries. Oversee a client portfolio of 20+ clients, ensuring all audits meet FRS 102 and auditing standards. Lead, motivate, and mentor audit teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration. Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact for all audit matters. Provide technical support and ensure consistent application of audit methodology. Identify and implement process improvements and contribute to business development initiatives. About You: ACA/ACCA qualified, with significant post-qualified experience in audit. Proven experience managing a large client portfolio (20+ clients). In-depth technical knowledge of FRS 102 and auditing standards. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
