Overview Troi Search are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead a critical upgrade and transformation project. The successful candidate will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA upgrades, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Location & Contract Location: County Cork (on-site 3 days per week)
Contract: Initial 6-month contract with possible extension
Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects, including scope, resources, budgets, and schedules.
Lead project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications across business and technical teams.
Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and testing.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Required Skills & Experience Proven track record of managing at least 3 SAP S/4HANA upgrades.
Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Solid understanding of SAP landscapes, migration paths, and technical considerations.
