Guest Experience Manager

Osborne are delighted to be partnering with a leading luxury hospitality and retail organisation based in Kildare in the recruitment of a Guest Experience Manager. This role will involve welcoming guests and ensuring a 5- Star guest experience.

You will be supporting and working closely with the guest-facing teams, developing and driving a high standard of hospitality excellence. This role will suit an action orientated and guest-centric person who can demonstrate an ability to multitask operational and strategic projects, staying calm in a high-pressured environment. This position operates in a fast-paced environment so previous experience in a similar role will be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Guest Experience Manager:


Develop and maintain the standards within the guest experience team
Managing the guest experience at the visitor centre
Implement new standards and change aligned with the organisation strategy
Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and welcoming manner 
Provide support and assistance to other departments
Working collaboratively with other teams to deliver guest services
Analysing and reporting on data which will impact the guest delivery service and organisation


Requirements of the Assistant Guest Experience Manager:


5 years’ experience in a similar role and “guest-centric approach”
Experience leading our teams and inspiring others to deliver
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
2 years in a supervisory role demonstrating leadership skills
Experience of working in fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt to chance quickly
Ability to demonstrate working off your own initiative and strong problem-solving abilities
Highly organised with ability to manage time effectively
Fluent communication skills in English essential, an additional language would be an advantage.
Ability to multitask operational and strategic projects, staying calm in a high pressured
Able to prepare and deliver compelling presentations
