We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Person in Charge at Nua Healthcare Services.
About UsNua Healthcare Services is one of Ireland's leading private healthcare providers, specialising in residential and supported living services for children and adults with complex support needs.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that high-quality care and support are provided to individuals who use our service. This includes:
- Ensuring personal plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support plans are up-to-date;
- Delivering services to the highest possible quality and safety standards;
- Managing a team of staff to provide support to individuals who use our service;
- Coordinating input from other professionals, such as the clinical team and departmental supports;
The Person in Charge will also provide mentorship and leadership to their team, oversee the service across shifts, and maintain infection control standards.
Qualifications and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 7/8 degree in a health or social-related field (or equivalent qualification with management experience in healthcare);
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a similar health or social care setting;
- Strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and judgement;
- Excellent communication and IT skills;
- A full clean driver's license.
