What Youll Do Shadow the lead advisor in every client meeting (initially) Take detailed notes and document everything clearly, learn how we do it Delegate tasks to the support team, and action others yourself Manage all follow-through and ensure nothing slips Technical research and build financial strategies and reports for new and existing clients Support our research and ideation for Podcast and Blogs Work on ad-hoc projects with the team, to improve our services and client outcomes Shape the advice, together with the Director, Operations Manager and Client Service Maintain data, CRM, records, reports and all administration with exceptional care and detail What You'll Bring to the Table Technically qualified (QFA, CFP, Chartered) Comfortable with cashflows, tax, pensions, and investment planning Solid paraplanner with sharp attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Experienced with planning tools like CashCalc/Voyant (or quick to learn) Organised, driven, and able to take initiative Likes to get things done, and done right What You WON'T Be Doing Selling or cold calling Managing sales targets Chasing down prospects Filling in fluff reports Location & Hours 80% of this job can be done on a remote basis 20% in-person client and team meetings will mean some presence in Dublin region is necessary Full-time, flexible schedule for the right person Skills: Financial Planning Financial Advisor Financial Planning Administration Investment Advisory Inheritance Tax Planning Benefits: Work From Home
