The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the sales team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to prospective customers. This is a fast-paced, dynamic industry, and applicants must have a strong work ethic with an appetite to learn and develop. Main Responsibilities Dealing professionally & promptly with inquiries. Assist customers in selecting their new vehicles. Ensure great customer service is provided to all clients. Liaise with customers throughout the buying process. Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles to customers. Maintain the showroom and displays to required standards. Work to strict targets and deadlines. Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories and key features. Accurately collect all customer contact and vehicle data in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database. Successful Candidate Previous sales or customer-facing roles is essential. Ambitious and driven personality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrable success in consistently achieving. Strong focus on customer service experience. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment.
