At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Window and Door Installation Supervisorto join our client's growing team based in North Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:

- Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of installation crews and subcontractors.
- Ensuring proper installation of windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and building codes.
- Conducting site inspections and quality control checks throughout the installation process, as well as resolving on-site issues.
- Maintaining project timelines and reporting progress to Project Manager.
- Coordinating delivery and storage of windows, doors, tools, and materials.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, including time sheets, work orders, and incident reports.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and inspectors as needed.

Experience you need:

- Proven 3-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role in construction—preferably with a focus on windows and doors.
- Strong understanding of window and door installation practices, tools, and materials.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with both residential and commercial projects
