Our all-day menu is smart, simple, and built for consistencyfrom Irish breakfasts to signature sandwiches. Were building a scalable café brand, and we want team players who are sharp, clean, and ready to be part of something growing fast. About the Role This is a kitchen-based role focused on assembly, prep, and service. Youll be part of a small, agile team prepping our menu fresh daily and working service during breakfast and lunch hours. What Youll Be Doing Preparing ingredients and assembling dishes from our set menu Working with sandwiches, pancakes, granola, salads and toastiesno fryers, no full kitchen service Following clear prep systems and portion guides Keeping the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smooth Supporting with restocking, labelling, and daily opening/closing Working closely with the front of house team to keep service tight Being flexible Were Looking For 1+ year experience in a café, deli, or foodservice environment Someone fast, tidy, and comfortable in a small kitchen Strong communicator with a calm, reliable approach Ability to work weekend shifts Someone who can follow structure but also keep pace when it gets busy Bonus if youre interested in learning more about scaling a café brand What We Offer Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Staff meals and breaks during long shifts A fast-moving café with a great local following Part of a small team with real ownership and input Opportunities to grow with us as we expand into new locations To Apply: Send your CV to us by clickingApply.
