We are currently recruiting for a Retail Manager to manage our Arboretum Urban Green Store in Dublin City Centre. Key Job Responsibilities Lead and inspire the retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets. Ensure the highest standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and product display, reflecting the Arboretum brand values. Oversee day-to-day store operations including stock control, inventory management, and cash handling procedures. Implement and monitor performance standards, ensuring a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence. Drive commercial results through effective sales strategies, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making. Maintain excellent product knowledge across garden, home, and lifestyle ranges, promoting cross-category sales. Support recruitment, training, and development of team members, fostering a positive and motivated workplace culture. Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety standards, and operational guidelines. Collaborate closely with senior management on promotions, seasonal events, and customer experience initiatives. The Ideal Candidate Has proven retail management experience Is a strong people leader who can inspire and motivate a team to deliver consistently high performance. Has a genuine passion for customer service and creating an exceptional in-store experience. Possesses excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and leads by example. Has commercial awareness with a track record of achieving sales growth and maintaining operational efficiency.
