Your role and responsibilities
1. Work closely with Development team members, Product Management, Designers, frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to finalize the development scope and commitments.
2. Be able to deliver within expected timelines and milestones with the expectation of quality.
A self-starter software developer with a growth mindset who is a go-getter in a rapidly growing environment where skills need to be learnt fast and initiatives need to be taken.

Required technical and professional expertise
1. Several years of experience in full-stack development.
2. Robust system design and programming skills in ReactJS, NodeJS.
3. Experience with Containers, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux (package management, shell scripting, etc).
4. Experience writing unit tests, integration tests and TDD principles.
5. Proven experience with Engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, build processes, testing, and operations.
6. Solid knowledge of Agile methodology and practices, such as SCRUM, Test Driven Development (TDD), etc.
7. Excellent communication, teamwork, customer satisfaction, and problem-solving skills.
8. PHP development skills.
Preferred technical and professional experience
1. Experience working in cloud deployment, with building CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, Travis, etc.
2. Experience with OpenSearch / ElasticSearch.
3. Golang / Node.js / Typescript and ReactJS.
4. Drupal & familiarity with C, C++, SQL, and Nginx.
